All grades added to Weblearn are provisional and confirmed marks need to be manually entered into Evision.

Download grades into a spreadsheet
Data from the Grade Centre and the Gradebook can be downloaded into a spreadsheet which can be useful for Mark Entry purposes.
Note: the student grade information is considered personal data under GDPR and it must be stored in a secure location and then deleted once no longer needed.
To download the Gradebook data:
- Open on the Gradebook tab inside the module
- Click on the Download Gradebook icon
- On the ‘Download marks’ panel, select all of the assignments you want to download the grades for by clicking on the checkbox next to the title
- Click on ‘Download’
Once the grade have downloaded a ‘Download complete’ message will be displayed
