IT help and support is available online via the University Support Portal
- Log an IT support request to get help with your IT issue or query
- Use the Chat facility: go to the portal then select the ‘Chat with ITS’ button
Get help in person (term-time only):
The IT Support team is a peer-to-peer support service offering IT help and support with general queries and IT issues. The IT Support team will also help you log an IT support request for more complex issues.
